MANCHESTERManchester United reaped positive results against Everton in the 2021-2022 pre-season test match on Saturday (7/8/2021) night WIB.  Playing at their own headquarters, namely at Old Trafford Stadium, Man United won with a score of 4-0.

Man United, who immediately fielded the main players, was able to take the lead quickly.  Precisely when the game had only been running for eight minutes, Mason Greenwood immediately gave the advantage to the Red Devils.

Greenwood's goal came from a mistake made by Pickford who was unable to receive a header from Digne properly.  Pickford who could not catch Digne's pass perfectly was able to be used well by Greenwood and the first goal was created.

Then it didn't take long for Man United to score the second goal.  In the 15th minute, Harry Maguire managed to make the Old Trafford public roar.  Starting from Luke Shaw's corner, Maguire can write his name on the scoreboard.

Not content with winning 2-0, Man United added another advantage in the 29th minute. This time it was Bruno Fernandes' turn to list his name on the scoreboard.

Fernandes managed to score from a free kick from 26 yards.  The kick that led to the corner could not be anticipated by Pickford.  The 3-0 score then became the cover in the first half.

In the second half, a number of players were substituted, both from the Man United and Everton sides.  The change made the second half run tough and almost no goals were created.

The goal in the second half was only created at the end of the match, where again Man United managed to score.  Man United's fourth goal was also presented by Diogo Dalot in the 90+2 minute.

That way, Man United ensured themselves a 4-0 win over Everton in the pre-season test match.  Lowering a number of key players makes a tremendous difference to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad.
